If you want a Provider or Authorized User to know of changes to your User Generated Content, you must set the appropriate alerts for your Authorized Users or otherwise inform the Authorized User of such changes. The utilization of any feature of the Services that involves the disclosure or transfer of data and information from UL Servers, whether by you or by any other person as long as your UL Account username and password were used, constitutes your authorization for UL to make that transfer and disclosure of information.

Accordingly, some of the warranty disclaimers and liability limits set forth above may not apply to you. You agree nonetheless that all such disclaimers as are permitted by applicable law shall apply to you, and that UL’s liability to you shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
